Stabilization effect of dynamic stabilizer with different operation parameters

Dynamic stabilization operation can effectively improve the mechanical performance of ballast bed by using stabilizer. To effect, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation model stabilizer-ballast system was established according to actual structure stabilizer, and effect different parameters stabilizer on analyzed. The results showed that: maximum value lateral displacement response sleeper decreased with increase in clamping wheel force normal angle, excitation frequency downforce; increased amplitude. optimized were obtained as follows: angle 0°, 18 Hz, amplitude 180 kN, downforce 60 kN. A vibration test bench simulating process built working principle reliability verified testing.
